Descritivo: 

• Experience:?

o 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, with at least 8 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, AX, or Dynamics 365).?

o Proven track record of leading ERP implementation teams in mid-to-large organizations.?

o Strong experience in system architecture, integration, and cloud-based ERP solutions.?

o Proven experience in Finance and Supply Change Management implementation?

• Technical Skills:?

o Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.?

o Experience in nonstandard ERP implementations considering integrations via APIs, ETL/ELT, Data Lake, Messages/Events).?

o Deep experience with X++ development, extensions, and customization of Dynamics 365.?

o Knowledge in distributed systems and event driven systems.?

o Gap analysis and management.?

o Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes.?

• Soft Skills:?

o Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.?

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.?

o Problem-solving mindset with an ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.?
