• 10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.

• 8+ years of experience with Network Security Products.

• Vendor experience is a must.

• Experience working as a Professional Services consultant or engineer.

• Expertise in NGFW and SDWAN technologies is a must.

• Expertise in at least 4 of the following technologies will be a plus: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and/or other cloud-based technologies.

• Strong knowledge on 3rd party network or security solutions

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for SMB, Enterprises and Telco/MSSP (preferred).

• Scripting or development skills.

• Very good presentation and technical documentation skills.

• Good troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem solving. Ability to develop methodologies to progress on the resolution of technical issues.

• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, other departments, and executive team.

• Ability to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

• Ability to multitask between several projects and customer engagement and collaborate with peers on projects delivery.

• Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills.

• Ability to bring projects to successful completion through technical sensitivity.

• Strong commitment and self-driven individual.

Education:

• Master Degree in technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-relate

• NSE 7/8 certification or equivalent. Other industry certification in relation to security or networking.
